About the Author:
Chinwé Williams, PhD, is a licensed and board-certified therapist with nearly 20 years of experience specializing in child and adolescent mental health, trauma recovery, and stress/anxiety management. Dr. Chinwé is passionate about empowering kids and families to take control of their emotions and find hope. Above all, she loves being a wife and mom to her three kids.
