PRICING

Prices of goods and services and delivery and other charges displayed on the The Parent Cue Store are current at the time of display. These prices are subject to variation without notice. We strive to be as accurate as possible with our product descriptions and pricing. It’s our hope that you will be delighted with every purchase.

 

EXCHANGES:

We want you to be completely satisfied and are happy to issue an exchange for a different item. All exchange shipments must be made within 10 days of receipt and you are responsible for any additional shipping costs. We only accept products that are undamaged and unopened. Once we receive the exchanged item, we will email you regarding how to order your requested product exchange. 

Should you have any issues with your order, please email us at info@parentcuestore.org within 5 days of receiving your order. We do not accept requests for refunds, but can accommodate most exchanges if contacted within the 5-day window. After contacting us, you have 5 days to post the item with tracking to us at 425 Tolbert Street, Cumming, GA 30040.

 

SHIPPING + HANDLING:

Each new order will be shipped in the timeliest manner possible. In-stock items will ship from our warehouse within 1-2 business days of your order being processed. If an order contains an out of stock, specialty, backordered, or preorder item, these will ship separately when they become available.  Total shipping charges for these will apply to the initial order only. Please note that we ship Monday-Friday, and do not consider weekends or US holidays as business days.

FedEx services will not deliver to P.O. Box addresses. Value Shipment method is available only for limited items and can take up to 14 business days to reach US domestic locations, so please plan accordingly. Certain restrictions, as well as additional charges, may apply depending on products and delivery location.

Orders with qualifying shipping coupons are subject to shipping method changes based on shippers discretion. Once the package leaves our store, we are unable to control how it is handled by the carrier. We cannot accept responsibility for packages that have been stolen, misdelivered, or lost. If you have received a product that is damaged or lost in the mail, please notify us by email at info@parentcuestore.org and we will try to accommodate you. Please note that we do not offer refunds.

Express Shipping is available for most products in our store. Express Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on real-time carrier rates for either FedEx Overnight, FedEx 2-day, or Express Saver options. Express Shipping orders placed before 3pm ET will be shipped same-business day. All express orders placed after 3pm ET will be shipped next-business day.

International Shipments - All items are shipped from the US. All prices are shown in US dollars. Duties and taxes will be charged to the recipient of the package. Please take this into consideration when completing your order. Free shipping discounts along with offers listed on our website or social media may not apply to International shipments. Select items may not ship internationally. Unfortunately, at this time we are unable to ship to the United Kingdom. Please contact info@parentcuestore.org for any additional questions you may have about International Shipments before completing your order.

This Statement of Privacy applies to the Shopify website and governs data collection and usage. By using the Shopify website, you consent to the data practices described in this statement.

We completely respect your online privacy and will never sell your information to outside companies or third parties. The information you provide when purchasing our products is strictly used to process and ship your order. Your personal information is safe and confidential.

The Parent Cue shall not be liable for any special or consequential damages that result from the use of, or the inability to use, the materials on this site or the performance of the products. Applicable law may not allow the limitation or exclusion of liability or incidental or consequential damages, so the above limitation or exclusion may not apply to you.
